Drug warrant on Pilgrim Close, Boston

Neighbourhood Policing Officers carried a pre-planned warrant with specialist officers as part of our disruption to drug supply in Boston.  

Officers entered a property on Pilgrim Close just before 10am on Monday 7 September.

Three women aged 33, 37 and 49 years old, and three men aged 36, 41 and 46 years old were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. They have been bailed while investigations remain on-going.

Neighbourhood Policing Inspector, Ian Cotton said: “We understand the impact drug-related crime has on communities and encourage people to report concerns via our website, by calling 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers. Every report helps build our intelligence picture and target resources where they are needed most. While action may not always be immediately visible, work is continually taking place to tackle drug-related crime and address community concerns.”

Boston CID’s Detective Chad Birch said: “Investigations into organised crime are often complex and can take time, but our detectives remain committed to identifying those responsible for bringing drugs and criminality into our communities. We continue to gather evidence, develop intelligence and pursue all available lines of enquiry. We encourage members of the public to keep reporting concerns and sharing information that could help us build a stronger intelligence picture. Although the outcomes of this work may not always be immediately visible, significant activity is taking place behind the scenes every day. Information provided by the public is invaluable.
